The Third Grade
at St. Paul Education Center is filled with activities and
studies, adventures and explorations. We will study the
solar system, the human body, multiplication tables, cursive
handwriting, citizenship, geography, art, Spanish, computers
and physical education. We will write and act out plays. We
will pray together and worship together. We will encourage
and support each other in a positive manner. God is the
center of our lives and we give thanks daily for that. Our
adventures together help us improve our short term and long
term study habits, our organizational skills, and to apply
these skills in our everyday life.

Mary Margaret Blout
Third Grade teacher
I have been teaching at St. Paul Education Center for
the past sixteen years. I am married 26 years. My
husband Mike is a pilot for U.S. Airways. We have two
grown children; Michael, age 24 - a Combat Controller in
the U.S. Air Force, father of Michael Thomas, age 3. Our
daughter Katie is 22 and a senior at ECU majoring in
International Business with a minor in Spanish.
I have a B.A. in Elementary Education with Early
Childhood Endorsement and a Masters of Education in
Elementary Administration. My greatest passion is for my
Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. My faith in God and his
promise for me sustains me in all that I say and do.
